Playing with pickles

We're extremely pleased to announce a series of workshops that will take place at The Pickled Shop in Bulwick, Northamptonshire.
Founder Camille Ortega McLean, who has developed dozens of original and award-winning recipes, will run small group workshops where you will learn how to make seasonal preserves and pickles and then learn how to incorporate them into inventive dishes for all the family.
Workshops take place twice a month and cost £95 for the day including lunch and wine (it's not called The Pickled Shop for nothing). Transport can be arranged from Corby or Peterborough train stations. A list of recommended accommodation is available here.
Corporate days or schools visits can also be arranged.
